Krisinda Flemming

COACH

I am a NASM-certified personal trainer, mom of 3 boys, and a believer in training to look good and feel strong. My own fitness journey started in my teens, and after many years of working with with personal trainers, I realized I wanted to help others with the same goals.

These days I follow a functional bodybuilding approach that focuses on strength, mobility, and aesthetics. My favorite area to train is arms and I highly enjoy learning more about movement, nutrition, and overall wellness.

Outside of the gym, I’m happiest cheering on my kids at the hockey rink or baseball fields, walking with music in my ears, going to a concert, exploring skincare and cosmetics, or sipping on good wine and cooking.

“Looking fit is not just about looking good, it’s shows discipline and self respect.”
