In SGT there are a max of 6 people per class so everyone is able to get personalized attention at a cheaper rate than one on one. We use many different modilites and its a full body workout where you will be sure to sweat and get a great pump.
This small group focuses on stretching, breathing, and improving your movement patterns. You will get educated on how to feel “less tight” and open your body up so you can train hard for as long as you want.
